Description
Art+Play parkour nodes provide an opportunity for users of all ages to explore movement, improve health and have fun through exploration and recreation. Parkour is a great full body workout, which encourages imagination to tackle practical and fundamental movements. Juniors develop body awareness, spatial reasoning, strength, flexibility, and the joy of free movement. Seniors can strengthen joints and muscles, as well as improve their flexibility by using simple obstacles, moderate exercises and movements. Parkour is family-friendly fun for everyone!
