Description
Unpitched Percussion The Cyclone transforms movement into sound, creating an engaging outdoor musical experience inspired by the forces of nature. By turning the large wheel, players set steel ball bearings in motion, generating sounds that range from a gentle rain shower to the roar of a powerful storm. The faster the wheel spins, the more dramatic the sound becomes, giving players direct control over the soundscape they create. More than just a musical instrument, the Cyclone is an interactive STEAM learning resource that demonstrates the principles of cause and effect, motion, gravity, force, and sound through hands-on play. Players can experiment, observe, and discover how their actions influence the sounds they hear, making it a popular addition to schools, museums, sensory spaces, and outdoor learning environments. Its striking appearance and immersive sounds create an engaging experience for visitors of all ages and abilities. Explore STEAM Learning Through Play The Cyclone helps children explore scientific concepts, including cause and effect, motion, gravity, energy, and sound, through hands-on experimentation. By observing how different speeds affect the intensity and character of the sounds produced, players gain an intuitive understanding of physical forces and acoustic principles.
