Description
C Major Pentatonic (C4–C6) The Duo is an innovative outdoor musical instrument designed to encourage comfortable, inclusive, and collaborative play. Its unique offset wave design positions players at an angle to one another rather than directly opposite, reducing the need for sustained eye contact while still allowing shared musical interaction. Developed with neurodivergent users, wheelchair users, and inclusive environments in mind, the Duo creates a relaxed setting for musical exploration. Its mirrored double-sided layout accommodates up to four players, while the standard mixed-note configuration combines aluminum and GRP notes to provide clear visual and tonal distinction between playing areas. Tuned to the C Major Pentatonic scale, the Duo is easy to play and rewarding for musicians of all ages and abilities. Thoughtfully Designed for Inclusive Interaction The Duo has been carefully designed to support a wide range of communication styles, sensory preferences, and abilities. Its offset layout and clearly defined playing areas help create a structured, intuitive experience that allows players to connect through music in a way that feels comfortable, natural, and inclusive.
