Description
C Major Diatonic (C3-C5) The Marimba brings the warm, welcoming sound of a traditional marimba to outdoor settings, creating opportunities for shared music-making, creativity, and collaboration. Large enough for up to four people to play together and supplied with four attached mallets, it naturally encourages social interaction, cooperative play, and spontaneous musical performances. Its fifteen generously sized notes are arranged in a familiar layout that supports everything from simple melody playing to more advanced musical exploration. Whether players are experimenting with tunes, improvising together, or simply enjoying the satisfying sound of striking the notes, the Marimba offers a rewarding musical experience for beginners and experienced musicians alike. Constructed from durable Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) notes with the appearance of beautiful Purple Heart hardwood, the Marimba delivers a mellow, warm, and resonant tone while remaining exceptionally tough and low maintenance. Supported by contemporary stainless-steel frames, it combines elegant design with robust outdoor performance, making it equally suited to parks, schools, gardens, community spaces, and inclusive play environments.
