Description
Ziplining is the activity of sliding from a high point to a low point by means of a steel rope connected to a low point by wearing a safety belt (harness), using one’s own weight and the help of gravity. Accelerated by a pulley attached to the steel cable, the zipline can reach speeds of around 50-60 kilometres per hour. This speed is directly proportional to the inclination of the zipline. At the end of the line, a spring brake system or automatic braking system is used to stop the vehicle. Certificates: TS EN 1176.
